FLOWW Network provides comprehensive Idaho Treasure Valley high school sports coverage, including but not limited to:

• Live and recorded game streaming
• Game scores and statistics
• Team schedules and standings
• Photo galleries and video content
• Sports news and articles
• School and team information

User Accounts and Registration

Some features of our Services may require you to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

User-Generated Content

When you submit content to our Services (including scores, photos, videos, comments, or other materials), you grant FLOWW Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

Photography and Video Content

Photos and videos posted on FLOWW Network may include images of minors participating in public high school sporting events. By attending or participating in these public events, individuals consent to being photographed or filmed.

FLOWW Network does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, including scores, statistics, or schedules.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWW NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
